Folders for files

Your files now live in folders. Create them, nest them, drag things between them — and browse them right from the file chooser. No more scrolling through one outrageously long flat list when your file cabinet grows.

General ledger redesign

The GL got a beeeeeg clean-up. One single amount column instead of separate debit/credit columns (those were a little old school tbh), and a dedicated account filter with summary data for the selected account. Cleaner to read, quicker to navigate.

Debit notes linked to bills

Debit notes can now be created directly from a bill and linked back to it — mirroring how credit notes work with invoices. Returns and disputes on the purchase side are now fully trackable in one place.

Improvements

Sales & Expenses: the bottom of both lists now shows a count and combined total for everything in the current view. Useful at a glance — no need to export just to add things up.

General ledger: filter by account and you'll see opening balance, closing balance, and net change above the entries. No need to cross-reference the category report separately.

Category report: you can now filter by a specific customer or supplier, on top of the existing tag filter.

Filters: category filters now sits at the top of the filter list on Sales and Expenses. Most-used filter, easiest to reach.

Data: syncing functionality for 3rd party apps is more reliable and consistent. Less noise on the platform, more reliability for everyone.

Search: files can now be viewed inline from the search page. Easier to find things without jumping back and forth.

Fixes

Credit notes: allocating a credit note to an invoice now correctly flips the invoice status to "Paid" when the balance hits zero.

Bank statements: re-importing a statement no longer creates a duplicate bank account. The existing one is matched and reused.

Journal entries: editing the source transaction behind an entry now refreshes the entry detail view immediately — no more stale data until you reload.

Folders: moving a folder back to the root folder now always works correctly.
