Connect your FNB account and your transactions arrive in stub automatically every day — no downloading statements, no retyping.

Only an owner can add a bank account.

Connect your FNB feed

  1. Go to SettingsBank Accounts.
  2. Click Bank account. The Add bank account window opens.
  3. Choose Connect.
  4. Select First National Bank from the bank list.
  5. Enter the credentials FNB asks for.
  6. Open the FNB app on your phone and approve the request.
  7. Choose the accounts you want to sync.

FNB also appears as a card under SettingsApps, in the Bank section. Clicking it opens the same flow.

What FNB asks for

  1. Credentials: your online banking username and password.
  2. Approval: an FNB Smart InContact push notification on your registered phone.
  3. Business profiles: if you bank through FNB Online Banking Enterprise, sign in with your OBB user ID, and make sure that user has permission to view statements — without it the connection fails.

Once you're connected

  1. Click Sync to pull your transactions in.
  2. Categorise what arrives — see Categorise bank transactions.
  3. Turn on background sync — see App settings & background sync.

No feed, or it won't connect?

Drop a PDF statement into Files and stub reads the transactions off it. See Upload files to stub.
