Manage multiple businesses

You can log in to stub using your email address and access as many businesses as you like.

Sooooo how many hustles can you handle? 😏

• If you run multiple hustles you can keep their data separate, and switch between them easily.
• If you're an accountant or finance professional you can switch between the businesses that you work with in a flash.

How does it work?

1. Create a new business by clicking on your profile picture on the top right. You can add as many businesses as you want.
   1. No data is ever shared between businesses, even if you have access to both of them. You can easily see and switch between them, but they don't share bank accounts, customers or any other data.
   2. Each business will need it's own Growing Business subscription if that's a requirement for the business. Most of the time each business has it's own bank accounts, details and team. So stub treats it as an independent entity, and gives you full control over everything in it.
2. If a business already exists on stub, ask the business owner to add you as a team member.
   1. You can be added to as many businesses as you like as either an editor or an owner.

Switching between businesses

• Click your profile pic on the top right, or go to Settings → Profile
• Choose the business you want to open or “create business” to add a new one
• What, you were hoping it would be more complicated?

Each business will open in a new tab so it’s a cinch to jump between them.
