Connect your Investec accounts and your transactions arrive in stub by themselves — no downloading statements, no retyping.
Only an owner can add a bank account.
Connect your Investec feed
- Go to Settings → Bank Accounts.
- Click + Bank account. The Add bank account window opens.
- Choose Connect.
- Select Investec from the bank list.
- Enter the credentials Investec asks for.
- Approve the request in the Investec app, or with your security key.
- Choose the accounts you want to sync.
Investec doesn't have a card in the Apps catalogue — Settings → Bank Accounts is where you connect it.
What Investec asks for
- Credentials: your Investec ID and password.
- Approval: a push notification in the Investec app, or a security key token.
- Accounts: both Private Bank and corporate profiles are supported. Bank and savings accounts can both be connected, and you can connect more than one.
Once you're connected
- Click Sync to pull your transactions in — nothing appears until that first sync.
- Categorise what arrives — see Categorise bank transactions.
- Turn on background sync — see App settings & background sync.
No feed, or it won't connect?
Drop a PDF statement into Files and stub reads the transactions off it. See Upload files to stub.
